I really, really, really like this effort from Green Day.  It feels a bit more impassioned than their last three albums (¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tré!) and a bit more punk, a little more 90s Green Day than their pop/broadway focused 21st Century Breakdown and American Idiot.  One observation, on my first listen I definitely wasn't sure if I was going to hear Billy Joe or Dexter Holland. Either of you fellas want to go when they come to town?

High energy rock track from Green Day. No way. I like the middle eight section taking on a different vibe.

Nice to hear Green Day again. Vintage sounds, but I lose Billy Joe's vocals in this mix. Not sure if it was intentional, but I wish his voice was a little more vibrant. (for reference, listening on Bose QC25s, while the wee one sleeps)
