Iron Clad Lou - Hum ('93)

Twenty plus years hasn't been too harsh to Hum's early 90s Black Sabbath inspired jam. The guitars seem to be a little harder and, obviously, a few years ahead of Incubus. If you like your music heavy with a hint of mainstream and don't remember this, definitely check it out.

The opening track for Hum's debut album tells you everything you need to know about this band from Champaign, Illinois. The quiet/loud dichotomy coupled with their musicianship gives you a picture of what this band can do when they are on. The final two minutes are exceptional.
